We test it in our own agency first.
From client context to the person who signs off. Five operating principles shaped in KSTUDIO, with a clear line between our workshop and your product.
Practice
Keep the context together.
A brief, a task and an invoice can belong to the same piece of client work. The person picking up the next step needs the client, the decision and the work that came before it.
Sekta is KSTUDIO's internal workshop for these connections. Taoro is a separate product: clients, calendar, work and money share one database. Each handoff still has to earn its place in the product.
The next person should not have to reconstruct the job.
Practice 02
Define what done means.
Before work starts, name the result, who reviews it and what they need to check. A deliverable can exist while a required review is still open. The condition for moving on should stay visible alongside the work.
Context. Owner. Gate. Evidence.
A manual review example, illustrating the operating principle.
- Context
- The client brief and the current draft.
- Owner
- The project lead responsible for review.
- Gate
- Review the draft before client delivery.
- Evidence
- The checked version and the review decision.
Practice
Make the boundary structural.
A workshop experiment, a product feature and a future idea need different labels. We carry selected lessons from Sekta into Taoro, then check the implementation independently. Sharing an idea does not mean sharing a capability.
Present / Taoro
Boards and rules your team can use today.
Rules can move work. Their execution records are internal; a run history screen is not available yet.
Future / direction
Agents and executable operating procedures.
Neither is available in Taoro. These are directions for development, without a promised release date.
Practice
Give the budget first.
Before software can spend on your behalf, define the allowance, the person who owns it and what happens when it runs out. Sekta's internal experiments inform this requirement for a future agent layer in Taoro.
Set the limit before the work starts.
Today, Taoro's AI calls use your own provider key. There is no spend cap inside Taoro. Set the limit in your provider's console; a native cap remains work to build.
Practice
Write the gate before the actor.
First write down the inputs, the responsible person and the condition for moving on. Then decide which steps software may take. If the input is missing or the review is unresolved, the process needs a named next step and someone to own it.
Future direction / no date
We want operating procedures to become things the system can run, with people owning the gates and a record of the version used. This is future direction for Taoro. It is not a feature you can switch on today.
