Who we are

Taoro is operated by KStudio SIA, a company registered in Latvia, European Union. We build CRM and sales automation software for agencies and teams.

What data we collect

At this stage, taoro.io is a waitlist landing page. We collect only what is necessary:

  • Email address — when you submit the waitlist form. Used solely to notify you when Taoro launches and to send a confirmation email via Postmark. We never sell or share your email with third parties for marketing.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.

How we use your data

  • Send you a waitlist confirmation email.
  • Notify you when early access opens.
  • Occasionally share relevant product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for waitlist communication; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where explicitly provided.

Third parties and processors

  • Postmark (Wildbit LLC) — transactional email delivery. Your email address is transmitted to Postmark to send the confirmation. Postmark acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Data is processed in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Plausible Analytics — we use Plausible for website analytics. Plausible is cookieless and privacy-first: it collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and is fully GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant. No IP addresses or personal identifiers are stored. Data is processed in the EU (Germany).
  • Vercel Inc. — our hosting provider. Vercel processes server access logs (request metadata, HTTP status codes) for operational purposes. No personal data beyond standard web server logs. Data processed under SCCs.

Retention

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until 12 months after Taoro launches — whichever comes first. We will then delete your data unless you have become a registered user.

Your rights (GDPR)

As a data subject in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).
  • Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16).
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data (Art. 17).
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18).
  • Portability of data you provided on a consent or contract basis (Art. 20).
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
  • Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In Latvia: dvi.gov.lv.

This website uses no cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless by design. We do not use any advertising, tracking, or functional cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers by email. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
