Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing taoro.io or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors and waitlist subscribers.

2. Service description

Taoro is a CRM and sales automation platform currently in pre-launch. The current website is a waitlist registration page. The full platform — including pipeline management, automation, and team collaboration features — is under development and will be made available to registered users in a future release.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Subscription and payment

Taoro will offer subscription-based access upon launch. Pricing, plan details, and billing terms will be published prior to general availability. During the pre-launch period, no payment is required to join the waitlist.

Early access subscribers may receive promotional pricing at our discretion. Any such offers will be communicated explicitly in writing.

4. Intellectual property

All content, software, design, and branding on taoro.io is the exclusive property of KStudio SIA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Customer data uploaded to or created within the Taoro platform remains the property of the customer. KStudio SIA claims no ownership over customer data.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content through the service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
• Use the service to infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when registering.

6. Termination

You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at privacy@taoro.app.

We reserve the right to remove any person from the waitlist or restrict access to the platform if we have reason to believe these Terms have been violated.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KStudio SIA and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100 — whichever is greater.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riga, Latvia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
