Book a plan call

Booking, not checkout. Firm scope is agreed before invoicing.

The Upwork bidding assistant costs EUR 99 a month on any plan. It includes saved searches on a schedule, hard rules that reject bad clients and cover letters from your own portfolio. Its dedicated page is coming next.

Paid implementation

A bounded implementation package, written down before work starts.

Studio and Practice use this baseline. Firm starts here too; any addition belongs in its written scope before invoicing.

01Onboarding deliverables
A one page scope note, your organisation provisioned on the chosen tier, up to three boards built from Taoro presets, one intake form, one booking flow, one read only client view and one test invoice.
02Migration and configuration
We configure the agreed workflow and migrate only the monday boards and active records named in the scope note. Anything outside that note stays in your current system unless it is added to the scope in writing.
03Support boundary
Direct founder contact covers the scoped configuration and acceptance walkthrough. It does not include ongoing workspace administration, data entry, work outside the scope note or a guaranteed response time.
04Acceptance expectation
We walk through the note together: the agreed boards open, intake creates the expected record, booking follows the configured rules, the client view exposes only selected columns, and one test invoice can be created. Those checks define acceptance.

Your current system stays on until that walkthrough. Historical or otherwise out of scope work is not implied by the subscription price.

Founding cohort

The first twenty five organisations pay less for a year.

The first twenty five organisations pay Studio at EUR 49 a month and Practice at EUR 149 a month for twelve months, then move to list price. Founding places are invoiced directly through a Stripe payment link: EUR 588 a year for Studio or EUR 1,788 a year for Practice. Your VAT number appears on the invoice. We set the organisation up with you. That is the whole offer. There is no countdown on it.

No lifetime deals. No AppSumo. If list price rises later, the founding year is unaffected; after it, the standard rules apply. Existing prices move only at an annual renewal, never by more than 20% in one step, and never without 60 days of notice. Anything you already have stays in your plan permanently.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

01Is Free a trial?

No. Free has no duration. Sign in and use it. Nothing is metered in the product today, and we will tell you before that changes. When metering does arrive, nothing you already have will be taken away: any feature you have stays in your plan permanently.

02Do you charge per person?

Per organisation, with seats included. Studio covers 5 members, Practice 15, Firm 30; above those it is EUR 15, 19 and 25 per extra member per month. Clients, guests and anyone who only opens a link you shared are unlimited and never counted, on every plan including Free.

03What exactly do I get by paying, if nothing gates by plan yet?

You get the tier and seat allowance we invoice plus a bounded implementation package written down before work starts: the organisation is provisioned on the chosen tier; we configure up to three boards from Taoro presets, one intake form, one booking flow, one read only client view and one test invoice; and we migrate only the agreed monday boards and active records. We accept the setup together against those named checks. Firm additions must be added to its written scope. This is not open ended administration or a response time SLA. When entitlement wiring ships, the boundaries become real for new customers; nothing an existing customer already has is ever re gated.

04Do you have AI agents?

No. Taoro does not have an agent layer yet. It is the last item on our roadmap and it is gated behind a research sprint we have not started. What Taoro has today is the ground an agent layer needs: one database holding your clients, calendar, tasks, projects and ledger, and a rules engine that writes execution rows internally. There is no operator facing run history UI yet, and two named gaps are published on the homepage. When we build the agent layer, it will be one more kind of action in the rules engine your team already authors, holding a role, spending a budget, leaving a run record. Not a chat window bolted on the side. We would rather show you what runs today than describe what we intend. The longer answer is on the how we work page.

05What does the AI in Taoro do today?

Four things, all on your own provider key. It writes Upwork cover letters from your own portfolio, in a tone you configure once, every draft versioned, with the model that wrote it recorded. It turns a sentence describing the companies you want into a real prospect search. It drafts A/B copy variants for an outreach campaign, and the campaign picks the winner from live results. And contacts arrive already summarised and classified on the enrichment run. Your key is stored encrypted, and the bill is yours. We are not reselling you tokens. Every call is a single prompt about a single record; nothing is trained on your data.

06Is there a cap on what the AI can spend?

Not inside Taoro today. Set the limit in your provider's own console. Building that cap into Taoro is one of the two rows we have published as not built, and it is at the top of the list.

07Does Taoro notify me when things happen?

Four notification pipelines work today. An intake form submission emails you within seconds. Booking confirmations, host alerts, cancellations and 24 hour reminders send on their own, switchable per organisation or per booking page. Overdue invoices chase themselves, with a pay by card link in every reminder. Lead updates reach your team in app, by email, or in Discord, per person and per event type. The one carve out, stated without being asked: a board automation rule cannot message a person yet. Rules move work, not people. It is one of the two things on our list before anything else.

08Can my client comment, approve, or upload files?

No. The client view is read only, and intake forms do not accept file attachments. Client comment is next; client upload after it. Today, feedback comes back to you by email.

09Can my client see my rates or who is working on what?

Only if you put that column on the share link yourself, you choose the visible columns one by one. Beyond your choice, eight things can never appear no matter what you select: who is assigned, internal estimate hours, attached files, cross board links, rollups, formulas, people columns, and action buttons. If you create your own column called "Hourly rate" and add it to the link, it will show, so do not add it.

10How do I pay?

Founding places are invoiced directly and paid annually through a Stripe payment link we send you. There is no checkout inside the product yet. When self service checkout opens, your plan moves across with no change in price.

11What about VAT?

All prices exclude VAT. We sell to businesses only, and a company name is required. If you are a VAT registered business in another EU country, give us your VAT number and the invoice is reverse charged at 0%. We validate the number against VIES. Latvian customers are charged Latvian VAT where it applies.

12Can I get my data out?

Contacts export today. A whole workspace export does not exist yet. We say that here because you would find it out in the sales call anyway. Your data sits in an EU hosted Postgres database and it is yours.

13Will the price go up?

For new customers, probably, once the unbuilt rows ship. If you are already paying: your price moves only at an annual renewal, never by more than 20% in one step, never without 60 days of notice, and anything you already have stays in your plan permanently. The founding year is locked outright.

14Who are you, and where does my data live?

KStudio SIA, a company in Riga, Latvia, that runs its own client work on Taoro every day. Your data is stored in the EU. Nothing is bought from data brokers, no website visitor is deanonymised, and there is no shared data pool across customers, every signal in Taoro comes from your own forms, your own booking page and your own work.
